If you are interested in using plans presented here, you or your contractor will need to contact the designer of the plan for the engineering set and a site plan before they can be used to submit for permitting.
Using these pre-approved plans will greatly reduce your permit fees. Keep in mind, that per permit requirements, you will also be paying for Fire Sprinkler Plans and Solar Plans. Your contractor can link you up with companies that handle these other types of plans.
